 Regency was founded over a decade ago to provide a premium recruitment service to  the Banking and Investments industry, alongside niche clients from a variety of      sectors.  

 With an unprecedented increase in demand for skilled and experienced professionals  that far out-stripped supply
, we recognised an opportunity to utiltise our particular  blend of people-driven recruitment strategies, drawing upon our primary skills of  relationship development and integrated resourcing capabilities. Put simply: we knew    where the  best  opportunities and Candidates were and how to bring them together.  

 When traditional means of Candidate sourcing began to fail we applied proactive            search and selection themes usually only associated with specialist Head Hunting          firms.  
 We were also one of the first Consultancies to offer flexible meeting opportunities to  Candidates, often going out of our way to travel to destinations more easily accessed  by those restricted by rigid working hours. 


 
With a dual focus on unlocking individual potential to the betterment of our Clients,  we found that our services were readily taken up by those who saw our  approach as  proactive and innovative: a pioneering solution to their resourcing issues.  

 As our reputation grew we also began to enjoy frequent, personal recommendations, a  testament to the success of our fresh approach and ability to provide a responsive and  bespoke service.
